We’re happy to announce the completion of a brand new cantilever racking solution for a multinational perimeter security and access control company. Delivered in just two-weeks, this installation allowed our client to welcome new stock for their ever-expanding business.
This project focused on providing safe and efficient solution for awkward and heavy raw materials, often changing in size and shape, aimed to maximise space, creating a smooth transition from transport to storage and increase warehouse safety.
STORAGE
Offering 5 levels of storage, the cantilever racking installation can accommodate:
- 4 metre x 1.2 pallets bays for steel rods – 60 locations
- Standard pallets – 44 locations
- Coils (up to 700mm dia.) – 45 locations
This solution adding a lot of diverse storage for a range of raw materials.
SAFETY
To effectively delineate areas of safe passage around the warehouse, allowing for staff movement between the access controls small parts storage and an assembly area, floor markings were also added throughout.
ACHIEVING GOALS
This solution provided the the client a way to ensure this business can continue to grow and expand. As a result of having a long-standing relationship with this client, we were able to anticipate and accommodate their needs throughout the project development
